Zio and Sons’ Anthony D’Argenzio is not your traditional designer. His head-turning designs and renovations consider beauty that will withstand the test of time and simultaneously increase home value and resale potential. Recognized for his distinctive aesthetic— vintage-inspired with a modern twist—Anthony is a multi-hyphenate designer, creative director, and real estate expert based in Hudson, New York.

In 2016, Anthony’s renovation of a fixer-upper named “This Old Hudson'' pushed his unrivaled renovation talent into the national spotlight and landed him the title of “The Country’s 100 Most Creative People” by Country Living.
